Afaina de Jongs contribution, 'The Multiplicity of Other', in the Dutch Pavilion during the 17th Architecture Biennale in Venice, challenges dominant architectural frameworks and explores alternative approaches to space. In the 'Space of Other' in the Dutch Pavilion she spoke with Joseph Zeal Henry, a cultural practitioner connecting public service, cultural production, and spatial innovation for the common good.

'Space of Other', a submission for the Dutch Pavilion, was presented at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2021.
