The NDSM website is developed by Stichting NDSM-werf and BMB Ontwikkeling. Stichting NDSM-werf manages the 38 hectare area and develops the cultural program on the wharf. BMB Ontwikkeling is delegated developer at the NDSM wharf, realising a 24/7 urban district with residential and (creative) business premises on the site.
