Built on an old Dortmund ship, In the harbor or NDSM Contrast restaurant and exhibition space is located.
Contrast is an excellent place for delicious food, using locally produced vegetables and sustainable, fresh fish from the North Sea. The menu depends on what the farmer has harvested on the land and what the local fisherman has caught in the sea.
In addition to dining, Contrast also offers cultural programs. In the hull of the ship under the restaurant is an open space where all kinds of artists, performers, teachers, and poets are welcome to come and create and show their work.
