Amsterdam Dark Festival: twilight at NDSM

At the Amsterdam Dark Festival, you will experience the beauty of darkness for a weekend: the vibrancy of nighttime parks and forests, where foxes, fireflies, and bats move. The magic of a sky with stars and moonlight. The wisdom of the dark thoughts. Together we use darkness as a tool for peace, wonder, and a healthy ecosystem.
During the Amsterdam Dark Festival, you can come to NDSM for twilight sessions: just after sunset, enjoy the changing light, the ending of the day, and the emerging darkness for an hour. During the twilight session, you will be guided by an audio story by Marjolijn van Heemstra (in Dutch), who takes you to the ever-changing world between light and darkness.

Duration: 45 minutes
Bring yourself: charged AirPods or headset
This event works with ticket sales. Due to the Y-slope, this twilight session is only accessible to people for whom it is no problem to sit on a cushion for 45 minutes. Participating in your own wheelchair is possible. The exact start becomes clear depending on the time of sunset, if you buy a ticket you will receive all information in advance.
