YOGA WORKSHOP | RELAX AND BALANCE

Every sunday morning you can enjoy Yoga with views over the IJ at Pllek. In the summer with nice weather it is outside on the beach. In bad weather and in winter it is in “the hall”. The lesson goes on, unless there is a big festival or event; This can be checked on the agenda on the website. The lessons are dynamic and varied, building from a short meditation to an active part (yang) and ending with long intensive stretches. (Yin). Sometimes there are partner yoga exercises or massage basics from Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage. Each lesson is a journey with a lot of attention to breathing, respecting your physical limits and finding relaxation and peace of mind in all attitudes.
